Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the post of BANCASSURANCE AGENT, which has arisen within Individual Life Business at ZB Life Assurance Limited. Successful candidates will be deployed in various ZB Service Centres countrywide.
Purpose of the Job
To market, procure and service good quality Life Assurance Business
Duties and Responsibilities
The Job Entails:
• Selling Individual Life Insurance products/solutions to ZB Bank clients and other customers.
• After sales customer service.
• Scanning the environment for new business opportunities.
• Maintaining sound and favorable public relations between the Organisation and communities served
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
• 2 “A” Level passes, Or,
• A Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or equivalent.
• Aged between 25 and 45 years.
• Certificate of Proficiency in Long Term Insurance will be an added advantage.
• Previous sales experience will also be an added advantage.
Skills Required
➢ Ability to work with minimum supervision.
➢ Self-motivated with a passion for results.
➢ Good planning, organizing and time management skills.
➢ Good personal grooming.
➢ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
➢ Computer literacy (spreadsheets, word processing and internet navigation).
