Vacancy: Assistant Hotel Manager
Reports to: La Rochelle Hotel Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

EFFECTIVENESS AREAS
1. Assist in the Management of La Rochelle Country House and Spa to competitive standards.
2. Give input to hotel budgets, targets and results
3. Assist in managing Debtors and Creditors of the Hotel.
4. Reporting and adherence Human Resources company policies and procedures.
5. Assist in the Quality Assurance Standards and Training.
6. Participate in Marketing intelligent and research

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Requirements
• Degree in Hospitality and Tourism or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience.
• Knowledge of Hotel Management Systems
