Job Description

We are a land development company headquartered in Harare and hereby invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill in this position which has fallen vacant at our offices in Karoi. POSITION: ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK

Duties and Responsibilities

:

• Receiving and attending to walk-in clients in a professional manner.
• Processing sale agreements accurately and efficiently.
• Assisting with general office administrative duties.
• Conducting sales and marketing activities
• Receipting, payments and ensuring the safekeeping of cash.
• Typing documents and preparing correspondence.
• Preparing reports and maintaining up-to-date, accurate and complete records.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma or Certificate in Business Management, Enterprise Management, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least two (2) years of working experience in a formal working environment.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Great attention to detail and proven problem-solving abilities.
