Job Description
CMED Private Limited is Looking for Manager ( Construction)
Duties and Responsibilities
Contributing and provision of strategic direction to the Unit to ensure that it contributes to the corporate objectives of CMED
Implementation and review of units's strategic business plan in line with corporate direction
Formulation of policies with regards to the construction and civil works
Revenue generation and maximisation of return on investment
Asset management
Influencing shape of technology in the unit and ensuring that the technology delivers as expected
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Civil Engineering
Membership of a relevant professional body, a must
At least 10 years experience at managerial level
Should have supervised at least 100 km of road construction and construction of at least 3 bridges
Class 4 Drivers license
