Job Description
We're Hiring! HR Manager Our client, a farming company 160kms outside Harare is looking for an energetic and results driven HR Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
The incumbent will be tasked with establishing the company's human resources policies and practices, managing recruitment and selection processes, evaluating employee relations as well as developing and monitoring overall HR strategy procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience and hold a relevant qualification. Experience in the Agriculture industry is required. Must a driver's license.
