The Zimbabwe Agricultural Society (ZAS) promotes agriculture and its supporting activities and is the centre of excellence in facilitating agricultural development in Zimbabwe. The development that the ZAS seeks must, ultimately, have a positive contribution to rural development while improving livelihoods, especially of youth and women. Established in 1895 and operating from the Exhibition Park since 1915, the Zimbabwe Agricultural Society (ZAS) hosts the largest Agricultural Show (ZAS) in the country with over 460 organisations exhibiting and over 137,000 attendees . ZAS is also the largest member driven society and between 900,000 and 1 million people visit the Exhibition Park annually for business and events.
