About Victoria Falls Offshore Centre

VFOC has been tasked to develop and implement an International Financial Centre in Victoria
Falls. An international financial centre allows Zimbabwe to attract investment into Zimbabwe
by offering incentives and regulations that are different from the mainland. This model has
achieved great success in many countries including Kazakhstan, Qatar, and Dubai.
