The Premier Soccer League is wholly owned by its 18 Member Clubs who make up the League at any one time, these represent the Board of Governors and they elect a Chairman and Vice Chairman amongst themselves to lead the institution. Each individual club is independent working within the rules of football, as defined by the PSL, Zimbabwe Football Association, CAF and FIFA. The Annual General Meeting takes place at the beginning of each season and each member is entitled to one vote.
