Catering Industry Pension Fund is a self-administered defined contribution scheme registered in terms of the Pensions Provident Funds Act (Chap.24:9). The fund established with effect from 1st January 1968.

Contribution to the Fund is compulsory to all members under the age of 60 years whose employers are registered in the National Employment Council for the Catering Industry in terms of Statutory Instrument (S.I. 359/80).
