Branding Africa Trust is a Zimbabwean based not for profit organization that provides free consulting and management support to SMEs across Africa. The organization seeks to promote social and economic development within the continent by helping small businesses grow in order to reduce unemployment and increase GDP growth in the economies in which they operate, contributing to a reduction in poverty (SDG 1 – No Poverty). In line with this, the organization runs the Branding Africa Accelerator Program which seeks to assist entrepreneurs with scaling their businesses in a sustainable manner. The Volunteer interns will be involved in the designing and implementation of sustainable business models and practices for the various small to medium enterprises we support, amongst a host of other business support services. The position also involves conducting research on critical success factors for small to medium enterprises within the continent.
