Ark Trust Investments P/L is a holding company (formerly known as ‘Makebreak Trading P/L’) registered under Companies Act, incorporated in 1998. The Group, headquartered in Mt Hampden, is active in two business sectors, being property development under the Fairview Properties P/L brand and agribusiness, trading as Suncrown Estates P/L.

The operating SBUs offer total solutions in their respective industries. Fairview Properties specialises in infrastructure development, construction, procurement, and real estate, whilst Suncrown Estates focuses on crop production, poultry, and livestock.
