About Allied Health Practitioners Council of Zimbabwe

The Council is mandated to assist in the promotion of the health of the population of Zimbabwe through regulating, controlling, supervising all matters affecting training, registration, practice and enforcing ethics and discipline amongst allied health practitioners.

All individuals who practice any of the professions in the scope of the AHPCZ are obliged by the Health Professions Act (Cap 27.19) to register with the Council. Failure to do so constitutes a criminal offence.

Mission:
The Allied Health Practitioners Council of Zimbabwe aims to provide regulatory frameworks and standards of practice to allied health professionals for quality healthcare delivery in Zimbabwe and beyond. .
