Duties and Responsibilities
1. To ensure high levels of compliance with the set systems and procedures in the NetOne Shops in the Zone with regard to stock, cash and customer handling processes and ensure that Audit recommendations are implemented at all levels.
2. To produce network performance, sales, customer services and finance related reports and administering the zone by effectively assisting the zone commander in assessing results and developing specific action plans directly related to business development and growth.
3. Monitoring implementation of Technical (operations), MFS and Business operations goals and action plans for Zonal teams directly tied to measurable results, timely and consistent execution.
4. To manage zonal performance issues ensuring that issues affecting profitability are addressed first.
5. To submit site performance reports to the zone commander to identify and monitor high traffic sites in the zone and ensure network availability and performance as well as airtime so as to maintain or grow usage levels for those sites.
6.Collaborate with marketing team to develop zonal relevant marketing programs/materials designed to help the zone meet or exceed corporate given sales targets.
7.Monitoring and communicating agreed performance objectives for the team and continually updating the team to ensure that overall zonal objectives are met.
8.Identifying and documenting training and developmental needs necessary in their day-to-day operations and consistent with quality
9.Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports as may be required in order to facilitate informed decision making by the Zone Commander.
10.To check for accuracy of all T&S forms and leave applications before submitting them to the Zone commander for signing.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Sales and Marketing Degree or equivalent
2. Post graduate qualification is an added advantage.
3. Five years’ experience in a sales and customer service environment
4. Computer literacy
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
6. Ability to converse with clarity and impact on all levels
7. Ability to solve problems
8. Performance and result oriented
9. Strong interpersonal, negotiation and financial skills
