Job Description

World Vision Zimbabwe is pleased to extend an invitation to current and prospective
reputable suppliers, manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and service providers to
register for the provision of products and services in a variety of categories.

How to Apply

➢ Beginning Monday, January 13, 2025, the Supply Chain Management Office of World
Vision Zimbabwe will provide supplier registration documents upon payment of a non-
refundable fee of $100 per document/category.
➢ We encourage women-owned businesses and individuals with disabilities to participate in
the supplier registration.
➢ The supplier accreditation will last for 2 to 3 years, depending on the dynamics of the
market.
➢ The World Vision Zimbabwe National Office in Harare or the World Vision Suburbs
Office in Bulawayo should receive the completed supplier registration proposals by 1300
hours Zimbabwe time on February 7, 2025, and deposit them in the tender box.
➢ You must submit each application in a plain, sealed envelope with the clear label,
"Supplier Registration and the Category."
➢ The envelope should be addressed to the Tender Committee at World Vision Zimbabwe
(Supply Chain Management Unit) at 59 Joseph Road, Off Nursery Road, Mt Pleasant,
Harare, or 32 Park Road, Suburbs, Bulawayo.
➢ Collection and submission times are during World Vision Zimbabwe working hours
(Mondays to Thursdays from 0900 hours to 1600 hours; Fridays from 0900 hours to 12
noon), up to the 7th of February 2025 at 1300 hours Zimbabwe time.
