Job Description
Our client is looking for a Technical Supervisor at a leading Ford service workshop in Harare. The role will be suitable for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include :Overall supervision of the workshop
Coordination of systems in the workshop
Maintain inventory of all necessary parts
Generate daily work in progress report
Generate monthly production report
Ensuring that vehicles are repaired to the highest quality as prescribed by the company guidelines
Other duties assigned by the workshop manager
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications :Class 1 journeyman Clean class 4 drivers license Good communication skills
Higher national diploma is an added advantage
At least 5 years working experience in a similar role with a reputable organization
