A vacancy has risen within our organization for the above mentioned positions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties And Responsibilities:
• To provide effective and efficient supervision of company's premises
• Ensuring that all the company's properties are kept in a well maintained state.
• Develop and implement a planned maintenance and refurbishment programme.
• Recording and monitoring consumption of electricity and water and making recommendations for improvement in efficient usage.
• Supervision of departmental staff.
• Supervise all external contractors.
• Administration of all lease agreements with third parties.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and environment policy at all the company's properties.
Qualifications and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's Degree in Rural and Urban Planning, Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Diploma in Property Management from the Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe would be an added advantage.
• Membership of a professional body would be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in real estate or property management.
• Must be a holder of a clean Class 4 Driver's License.
