Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the following posts within the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) — an equal opportunity employer.

Duties and Responsibilities

Use organisational performance indicators to forecast workforce requirements both in the short and long term. Develop scientific-based remuneration models.
Collect and analyse all data for purposes of building both HR and all models that support the strategy. Develop models to link HR data to all performance and inform strategic decision making.
Develop HR data models to support all departments.
Provides ongoing support to managers around the understanding and use of workforce modelling tools and techniques in the development of workforce plans.
Develop models to assess the effectiveness and business impact of all Human Resources interventions.
Apply scientific and statistical tools to the management of all facets of Human Resources e.g. remuneration, benefits, staff turnover, employee engagement.
Develop productivity measurement and performance enhancement tools.

Qualifications and Experience

Confident communicator and presenter.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess the ability to keep the information confidential.
Proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Unquestionable integrity.

Degree in Statistics/Applied Math, Operations Research or related degree with strong quantitative component
An MBA/MBL/MSc an added advantage
At least 4 years in a related role
