Job Description
We are seeking the services of well-groomed waitresses who will be responsible for serving our customers with meals and beverage. Successful candidates will be expected to deliver positive customer experiences by exhibiting excellent customer care.
Duties and Responsibilities
Greeting guests and escorting customers to their tables.
Presenting the menu and providing detailed information about food and beverage being offered.
Communicating order details to the kitchen staff and bartenders.
Making sure the beverage and food orders are made correctly and looks presentable.
Delivering orders from the bar/kitchen to the guests.
Carrying used plates, glasses, and empty beer bottles back to the kitchen and bar.
Arranging table settings and maintaining a neat dining area.
Staying attentive to the needs of the guests in the bar.
Collecting feedback from customers concerning our products and services.
Qualifications and Experience
Interested candidates should possess strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well within a fast paced environment.
Active listening and effective communication skills, together with excellent presentation skills.
The candidates must be flexible and willing to work in shifts.
A minimum of two years work experience as a waitress.
5 Ordinary level subjects including English Language.
A certificate or diploma in Tourism and Hospitality, or any relevant certificate or diploma will be an added advantage
