Responsible for all tasks relating to payroll processing such as collecting of employees time timesheets and payroll data,
-Manage compensation packages using payroll data using a payroll software.
-Collect and verify time keeping information for employees.
-Calculate pay according to hours worked incorporating leaves and overtime.
-Calculate taxes and other statutory deductions.
-Any other duties as delegated from time to time
Diploma in Payroll administration or HR related qualifications
Proven previous experience in payroll department a must
Traceable references
A clean drivers licence
