Job Description
Position Overview:
Assist in managing a bespoke vehicle tracking system, monitoring and analysing data to provide essential insights to best standards of analytics reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1. Vehicle Tracking System Management: assist tracking manager and supervisors in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the vehicle tracking system.
2. Reporting and Visualization: Prepare and present standard regular reports and dashboards.
3. Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability.
4. Documentation: Document processes, procedures, and best practices.
5. Support and Training: Provide support and training to users on the vehicle tracking system, analytics tools, and reporting processes.
6. Any other assigned duties
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications:
1. Sharp, detail oriented, out-of- the -box thinker with exceptional digital computing skills.
2. Completed a Bachelor degree program in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science etc with excellent results.
3. Familiarity with big datasets, analytics and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
4. Familiarity with vehicle tracking systems and telematics and/or ability to quick learn these in the shortest time period possible.
5. Basic to good skills in SQL, R or python are an advantage
6. Knowledge of statistical analysis, data mining and data visualization techniques.
7. Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay updated with industry trends.
