Job Description

Our client in the motor industry is looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join their existing team. The incumbent will be working in a friendly, stable environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Process orders via email or phone
Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
Maintain and update sales and customer records
Develop monthly sales reports
Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
Stay up-to-date with new products and features

Qualifications and Experience

5 O’ level passes including English and Mathematics.
Diploma in Purchasing and Logistics
At least 2 years work experience

Skills
Valid class 4 drivers’ licence
Computer literacy
