A reputable gold mining operation based in Kwekwe is inviting applications from suitably qualified female candidates for the position of Vat Leaching Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
• Booking and scheduling customer tank days (planning and coordination of vat/tank usage).
• Supervising and coordinating vat leaching operations to ensure safe, efficient and consistent production.
• Overseeing mine operations to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the site.
• Supervising the security team and ensuring strong site security controls are maintained.
• Managing and engaging stakeholders/customers with clear, professional communication.
• Handling customer collections and ensuring timely receipting and reconciliation.
• Maintaining operational records, reconciliations and checks requiring good basic arithmetic, basic bookkeeping, and banking/petty cash handling.
• Leading teams effectively: good with people, firm, strict and disciplined, while maintaining fairness and professionalism.
Requirements
• Honesty and integrity are a must (high-trust role involving money handling and customer interaction).
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping, including banking, petty cash handling and customer collections, with ability to manage records and reconciliations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good basic arithmetic and strong attention to detail.
• Good understanding/experience in vat leaching operations will be an advantage.
• Mining-related education/qualification is an added advantage, but not a disqualifier.
• Ability to sale and market is a must
• Age: 35–50 years.
• Must have a valid driver’s licence.
• Company vehicle will be provided.
Salary
(450USD-600USD) plus performance bonus

• Kwekwe, Zimbabwe (Accommodation to be provided)
