Job Description
A leading retailer, is looking for a Van Salesman to join their team. The incumbent must have excellent communication skills, and multi lingual ability (English, Shona, Ndebele) is an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
The role will include all aspects of interaction with customers and clients, making sales and increasing client base.
The incumbent must have the ability to plan and organise there own daily selling activity to secure new business.
The incumbent must be able to build rapport with customers and must be committed to hitting targets.
Delivering and selling stock on assigned routes
Explaining and selling new stock lines to customers
Basic accounts procedure knowledge and experience in selling is also an added advantage.
Clean class 4 driver’s license is a pre-requisite.
Qualifications and Experience
Certificate/Diploma in Salesmanship/Marketing
At least 5 O Levels
Experience in FMCG environment and Perishables sales an added advantage
