Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill in the Value Specialist position that has arisen in the Value Management

Reporting to:
Head of Customer Value Management
The successful candidate will be required to effectively and efficiently carry out the following among other key duties:

• Grow revenue.
- Primarily focused on revenue uplift and increase share of wallet of the subscriber base
The Value Specialist is responsible to drive all CVM upsell and cross-sell activities as well as to keep customers active improving ARPU, CLV, Active Days or equivalent KPIs.
The Value Specialist should identify revenue dilution risks and contribute to the ideation and design of campaigns and programs that generate loyalty and improved payment on time behaviour ensuring these are executed as per standard through a collaborative cross-functional effort in coordination with the Campaign Supervisor.
• Improve Customer activity
- Deliver the revenue targets as defined in budget for FY by augmenting subscriber active days
- Value proposition development and implementation for continuous tenure through improved customer onboarding and engagement.
- Drive the implementation of loyalty programs and rewards schemes in-market
- Develop and execute campaigns oriented to improve pay on time behaviour
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
• Maximize Subscriber Value
- Contribute to the design and implement a high value customer strategy
- Ensure appropriate resource allocation within CVM to deliver the upsell and VAS adoption strategy
- Ensure governance measures are defined to monitor the execution of the upsell, cross sell and VAS adoption strategy by the execution team
- Develop and execute campaigns oriented to cross-sell
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
- Identify opportunities and risks around VAS uptake and ARPU increase
• Reporting
- Evaluate impact of inbound and outbound campaigns/ channels/ interventions
- Report performance of all ARPU oriented campaigns to the CVM lead in-market unpacking all variances against target including mitigation/continuous improvement plans.

Related Bachelor degree in any of the following subjects: Business, Economics, Computer Science, Sales or Marketing An Excel and PowerPoint advanced user 4+ years in Subscriber Base Management
Possessing Customer Intelligence and Forecast / Demand Strategies skills
• Strong experience in customer experience and journey, upsell, cross-sell, loyalty and customer lifecycle management Campaign and project management
Analytical thinking and attention to detail
Business Strategy execution and problem-solving skills
• Able to prepare business reports with good analysis
