QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Applicants must hold a Masters Degree in Biotechnology or any area in the Life Sciences with a significant Molecular Biology content.
Furthermore, they must have hands on working experience in genetic profiling on animals using modern molecular marker systems.
The incumbent will work in the Applied Genetic Testing Centre and will be expected to develop, adopt and adapt advanced molecular profiling technologies for marker assisted breeding, genetic profiling and bar-coding of domesticated and wild animals.
