Job Summary

Our client within the Retail Industry is looking for a Balance Sheet Bookkeeper to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure all the costs are accounted for at the correct exchange rate

Update prices before putting stock into pastel

Do GRV and then all relevant accounting entries

Salaries – all aspects

Admin – all aspects

Training of clerk

Stock aging spreadsheet

All tax and statutory returns

Warranty claims for customers as well as onward claims to the suppliers

Follow through to make sure we get the deduction from the supplier

Ensure the stock replacement is taken out of stocks

Stock take – all aspects

Accounts to balance sheet level

Qualifications and Experience

CIS Qualification

Accounting Degree
