Our client who is in the FMCG industry and who are specialists in the manufacturing of condiments has exclusively retained us to assist with the recruitment and selection of a candidate to fill the position of Export Sales Manager.
The incumbent will play a key role in growing foreign sales revenue, while providing excellent customer service. In addition, the incumbent will supervise and coordinate the schedules of Sales Representatives to
meet and exceed sales quotas.
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
Successful previous experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager in FMCGs.
Experience in export business would be a plus.
Demonstrated and proven sales results.
Knowledge of MS Office applications.
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self motivated and driven.
