This forward looking, dynamic player in the FMCG agro-processing sector seeks proven go-getters to fill the following positions on a permanent basis.

Sales Manager (Country Feeds) - SILO Foods Industries

An experienced manager who has worked in the agro-processing sector.

Job purpose:

To drive sales and distribution of Stock Feeds countrywide

Duties and Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:

• Drives tonnage and turnover targets.
• Formulates sales budgets.
• Formulates sales and route to market strategies.
• Recruits new customers and grow market share.
• Drives sales team performance.
• Customer relationship management.

Qualifications and Experience


Qualifications and experience:

• A good first degree in Animal Science or related.
• Post graduate / professional qualification /MBA will be an added advantage.
• At least 10 years' relevant experience, 5 of which at senior management level.
• Sales and Marketing experience is a prerequisite
• Age: 30-45
