Job Description
Our client is seeking a talented UI/UX Developer to design intuitive, accessible and visually compelling digital experiences. The role shapes user‑centred solutions across web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless, secure and inclusive interactions for diverse stakeholder groups. It plays a critical part in aligning digital interfaces with the organisation’s mission, values and regulatory obligations.

Duties and Responsibilities
Duties
❖ Design intuitive, responsive and accessible user interfaces aligned with WCAG and user‑centred design principles.
❖ Lead end‑to‑end UX/UI design—from research and wireframes to prototypes and final interface delivery.
❖ Translate complex financial and operational workflows into clear, engaging digital experiences through close collaboration with product, development and business teams.
❖ Develop and govern scalable design systems and component libraries for consistency across platforms.
❖ Conduct user research, usability testing and data‑driven analysis to continuously improve user satisfaction and trust.
❖ Embed accessibility, data privacy and regulatory compliance into all design outputs.
❖ Communicate complex information through visual storytelling and support design excellence by mentoring junior designers and collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications and Experience
❖ Bachelor’s Degree in Software Development, Human-Computer Interaction, Design or a related field.
❖ Certifications in UX/UI design tools or methodologies are an added advantage.
❖ A project management qualification (e.g., Agile/Scrum) is preferable.
❖ Minimum of 3 years of hands-on UX/UI design experience within digital product teams.
❖ Demonstrated experience designing for secure, data-sensitive environments such as financial services or public sector systems.
