Zimpost Is Looking For TRAINING OFFICER
The incumbent will report to the Talent and Development Manager and will be responsible for the following, among other duties:
Responsibilities;
Analyzing and consolidating the company’s training needs.
Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to assess training and development needs.
Developing and designing high quality training courses and programs
Supervising and monitoring progress on all scheduled training programmes
Conduct Research and Development
Review, Update, training modules
Supervision of trainers and external training consultants
Preparation of the company’s training budget.
Qualifications and Experience
University degree in Social Sciences or equivalent
Post graduate qualification e.g. MBA, MBL or professional qualification e.g. IPMZ Diploma in Training and Development would be an added advantage
3 years’ work experience.
