The Chartered Institute of Customer Management (CICM) Zimbabwe a sister company to CCAZ is seeking a passionate and highly organised Training and Administration Officer to support the delivery of training programmes and provide efficient administrative services. The successful candidate will play a key role in on-boarding students and corporate clients while supporting customer service and training initiatives.
Oversee and coordinate training programmes and related administrative functions.
Provide administrative support to training and customer service initiatives.
Assist in the development and implementation of customer service programmes.
Coordinate onboarding of students and corporate clients.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of training services.
Maintain accurate training and administrative records.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar training or administrative role.
A relevant Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND).
Strong organisational and coordination skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
