ZIMBABWE POWER COMPANY (ZPC)
VACANCY
Zimbabwe Power Company is the leading generator of electrical energy in Zimbabwe and supplies the bulk of the national electrical power requirements from its Power Stations.
TRAINEE PLANT OPERATORS (2026–2029)
REF: ZPCH002/2026
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates aged between 16 and 20 years to undergo a three-year training programme with the Zimbabwe Power Company.

Qualifications / Requirements
* A minimum of 5 ‘O’ Level passes including English Language, Mathematics, and any Science subject graded B or better. ‘A’ Level Science subject passes will be an added advantage.
* Legible certified copies of National Identity, Birth and Educational Certificates.
* A duly completed original application form (ZPC TPO 01) to be obtained from the Zimbabwe Power Company Head Office or any of the following Power Stations:
* Harare
* Munyati
* Kariba
* Hwange
Personal Attributes
* Enthusiasm and personal drive
* Excellent communication skills
* Computer and technical literacy skills
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
