Job Description

A leading provider of short term insurance solutions is inviting applications who are suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below
The incumbent will report directly to the claims manager and will undergo training for a period of 24 months

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide assistance and ensure transparency in communication to key internal and external clients
Assess accuracy efficiency of claims management strategies and provide feedback and recommendations
Prepares correspondence explaining adjustments and denials and make request for missing information
Create accurate records of each loss on the claims management system

Qualifications and Experience

Five ordinary level passes including mathematics with a B or better and English Language with a Grade C or better
At least two advanced level passes including mathematics
At least an upper second class Degree in Agriculture
