Job Description
We are looking for disciplined, ambitious, and hardworking young individuals who have completed A Level or O Level and are passionate about building a career in Accounting.
This is a structured training position designed to develop future accounting professionals through hands-on experience, system-driven learning, and performance-based growth.
Strictly no degree required. We are looking for attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
Purpose of the Role
To train and develop young talent in:
● Basic accounting principles
● Bookkeeping and data entry
● Financial record management
● Tax compliance basics
● ERP and accounting software usage
● Internal control systems
The trainee will work under supervision while undergoing structured practical training.

Duties and Responsibilities
● Capturing transactions in accounting systems
● Assisting in bank reconciliations
● Assisting in preparation of financial reports
● Filing and maintaining financial records
● Supporting tax preparation processes
● Assisting with payroll processing
● Following documented accounting SOPs
● Meeting daily and weekly reporting deadlines
● Attending internal training sessions
Qualifications and Experience
● Completed A Level or O Level
● Strong Mathematics and Accounting background (preferred)
● Basic computer literacy
● Willingness to learn accounting software
● Strong attention to detail
● High level of discipline and integrity
No university degree required.
