Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for suitably qualified and self-driven individuals in a leading diversified conglomerate for the position of Traffic Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business performance through managing all Sales & Marketing projects in the organization effectively and efficiently ensuring that projects run smoothly delivering outcomes that satisfy client needs, whilst utilizing project resources efficiently.

• Create detailed schedules, set deadlines for various stages of projects, and monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly.
• Meet with clients to learn more about new project details and give progress updates on existing projects, communicating any issues.
• Work with graphic designers, web developers, and the Key Account Managers and ensure they have the resources needed for their jobs.
• Leading and coordinating campaigns from initial stages through to delivery.
• Monitoring current traffic processes and inputting ideas on how to improve current practices where required.
• Managing campaign resources and updating key stakeholders on requirements and supply.
• Work closely with the client-facing members of the marketing, media, creative, and account team.
• Conduct frequent meetings to review tasks due and help prioritize in times of high workload
• Assist in re-prioritizing project schedules as new projects are added or priorities shift on projects within assigned accounts.
• Review work to ensure that changes requested by team members and clients have been made.
• Ensure work is delivered on time, high-quality, and error-free.
Qualifications and Experience
Person Specifications
The ideal person must possess the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing.
5 years of agency project or traffic management experience required.
Strong computer skills, with specific knowledge of a widely utilized word processing application.
Experience with project management software
