Job Purpose
To enhance the company’s visibility through rollout of promotions and campaigns across all Channels direct/indirect or Econet Customer Contact Points as well as management of Below-the-Line interventions or Activations for Customer on-boarding, usage and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Development of Trade Channels Guidelines, used for standardising all Econet Customer touch-points.
Champion the designing all Econet Shops and Franchisees.
Implementation of the Trade Channels Guideline on all new shop projects and approval on workmanship done
by contractors.
Re-do the design-concert on all channels ie Econet shops, Minishops, Store In Stores, GKs, and Retail
Presentation.
Develop the Trade Branding Manual, used for standardising all Econet Trade Channels.
Rollout Trade Advertising: Communication material for both Promotions and Generic Campaigns.
After every 3 years, develop concept and get approval to produce new uniforms for all customer facing touch
points across all channels ie Staff Uniforms, Vendor and Brand Ambassador’s regalia.
Conduct Trade Audits for all channels to ensure compliance to set business standards.
Lead an EWZ cross-functional team in Group Trade Exhibition for major national events such as ZITF,
Victoria Falls Marathon, Harare and regional Agriculture Shows and other industry conferences.
Concept development, implementation and evaluation.
Develop, implement and oversee the trade marketing go to market plan for new products launched or relaunched (Road shows, In-store Demonstrations and all other Customer Support activities).
Qualification, Skills and Experience
Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Studies or equivalent.
2 to 4 years’ experience in a similar or related environment.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Excellent systems navigation and computer handling skills.
