Job Description

Responsible for driving strategic implementation, business growth, financial management, and team leadership within the territory. Ensures efficient supply chain operations, inventory management, sales performance, and customer satisfaction. Oversees marketing, brand management, compliance, and safety to maintain a competitive and profitable business.

Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic implementation- implementing business goals within the territory
Business development- identifying new areas and avenues to grow and keep the business competitive within the territory
Financial management- monitoring expenses and ensuring profitability
Team Leadership- setting and reviewing goals, directing and mentoring teams
Supply Chain Management- ensuring stock availability and optimum levels and prices
Sales and Customer Service- driving the sales initiatives of the territory to meet targets. Focusing on customer satisfaction- including internal stakeholders.
Marketing and brand management
Compliance and Safety
Inventory Management

Qualifications and Experience

EXPERIENCE
3 years experience in the FMCG sector
Familiarity with auto parts
Proven sales track record
