Job Description
Submission Requirements: Canadian Foodgrains Bank Association Inc. (“CFGB”) along with the United Church of Canada, on behalf of its partner, Zimbabwe Council of Churches (ZCC), is hereby requesting a quotation for the purchase of 67.5 MT Maize Meal, 13.5 MT Beans and 5,400 Litres Oil (the “Goods”) indicated below. Your company (the “Proponent”) is invited to make a submission (the “Submission”) based upon the conditions stated in this RFQ.
Duties and Responsibilities
Kindly note the following details:
- Attached specifications to strictly apply
- Commodity must be fit for human consumption at the point of final destination
- Prices are to be quoted in USD per metric tonne/litre
- Prices to be quoted DDP to destination
Qualifications and Experience
The successful quote will be a function of price and delivery period.

All official quotes must be sent to the secure email address, CFGBtender@foodgrainsbank.ca. Canadian Foodgrains Bank looks forward to receiving your submission on or before the closing deadline of 17:00 Zimbabwe Time on Tuesday, April 5, 2022. Upon closing of the tender, all bids will be opened by Canadian Foodgrains Bank at their head office in Canada.
