JF Kapnek a registered PVO 1/86 which has been operating in Zimbabwe since 1986 whose mission is to improve family health, reduce child mortality and create educational opportunities for the children of Zimbabwe through the implementation of scalable, sustainable programs is seeking to fill the vacancies below:
These posts are meant to fill our pool of temporary gardeners who will be considered as and when the office
requires their services.
1. Job Title : Temporary Gardeners
Reporting to : Administration & Procurement Officer
Location : Harare
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure the grounds are well maintained
Mow the grass,
Water the flowers, plants, trees, vegetable garden
Replace and grow plants
Clean the ground around the house/office and the parking
Ensure the premises are well maintained
Take care and clean the non-specialised maintenance of the buildings.
Support the receipt of goods and fuel register
Through the Logistics Officer maintain fuel register, i.e. record receipt and issue of fuel in containers for JF Kapnek
In conjunction with Admin & Procurement Assistant check supplies delivered agree with supplies ordered
Help with the physical lifting of goods and equipment as requested
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements
5 Ordinary levels including English language
Knowledge of gardening techniques, plant and flower care techniques.
Ability to use professional mowing, trimming and pruning equipment.
Good human relations skills
