Telesales Representative - Pharmaceutical and Beauty Care Products

Job Description

As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our range of pharmaceutical and beauty care products to our target market via telephone. You will build relationships with customers, identify new sales opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Sell pharmaceutical and beauty care products to pharmacies, doctors, hospitals, and industrial clinics via telephone
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Identify new sales opportunities and prospects
• Achieve sales targets and objectives
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Submit sales reports and updates to management

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant Sales and Marketing Qualification
• Minimum 5 O' levels including Mathematics and English
• 2 years of telesales experience (experience selling pharmaceutical or beauty care products an advantage)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical and beauty care products (training will be provided)
• Proficient in using computer systems and software
