We are looking for a young and diverse professional to manage, coach and support a team of highly skilled engineers, electricians and IT specialists.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing the local Customer Technical Assistance Center
- Analyzing situations and determining resources needed to solve them
- Setting targets and ensuring ongoing training for tech support staff
- Handling and addressing Customer communication and escalation
- Producing reports as needed
- Managing load balancing and prioritization of customer cases
- Supporting and participating in customer meetings and operation reviews
Requirements:
- Qualifications in Electrical Engineering or related
- Ideally 1-3 years' experience in a managerial position as an electrician
- A background in construction is a prerequisite
- Agile with demonstrable teamwork ethos
- A strong ability to develop positive relationships with clients
- Commercial awareness
