Job Description

Applications are invited from results oriented and suitably qualified persons for the position of Technical Sales Representative for a Foundry company based in Gweru.

Duties and Responsibilities

Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure long term satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and market penetration.
Assist with product trials, trouble shooting, and optimizing performance in customer facilities.
Conducting regular onsite visits to assess customer needs and performance of products.
Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Preparing and producing sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Procurement of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metal from suppliers, ensuring quality, pricing, and delivery aligns with requirements of the company.

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma in Metallurgy
Sales and Marketing qualification.
Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the Foundry industry.
Computer proficiency
Excellent communication, negotiating, and interpersonal skills.
Clean class 4 driver's license.
