Job Description
Will act as liaison between the company sales team and clients, providing information, service, and maintenance.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Must be a Highly motivated and self driven individual.
• Able to identify customers Technical needs and offer appropriate products & services.
• Must have good interpersonal skills and articulate on technical matters when liasing with customers.
• Keeping customers informed about new technological products.
• Carry out Local & out of town Trips
• Prepare Sales & Trip budgets.
• Must be Goal orientated with an emphasis on meeting targets.
• Preparation of Sales forecasts and periodic performance reports for Management.
• Effective management of the client data base and contacts.
• Prepare Sales and Trip budgets.
• Managing after-sales needs and maintain relations.
• Ensuring client products and services are rendered on time through liaison with the projects and workshop team.
• Must exhibit good organisation & co-ordination skills.
Qualifications and Experience
• A relevant Engineering qualification in Fabrication, Machining, Mechanical Engineering & Draughting is a pre-requisite.
• A Marketing qualification is an added advantage
• At least 3 years of working experience
