We Are Hiring: Technical Sales Officer

Standard Global Communications, an Office Communication and Electronic Security internet-based technologies solution provider, is inviting young, energetic, highly motivated and target driven individuals, with a proven track record in sales, to apply for the positions of Technical Sales Officer, responsible for sales and customer acquisition. You must have exceptional selling, negotiation and communication skills. Time management, workload prioritization is a must, to be able to provide amicable service. The applicants must further have excellent industry knowledge, good contacts, be goal-oriented, relationship-driven and be hungry for success.

❖ Aggressively prospect for new business from potential customers.
❖ Present, demonstrate, promote and sell products using solid arguments to prospecting customers.
❖ Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes, within scheduled timelines.
❖ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
❖ Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
❖ Reach out to customers leads, through cold calling.
❖ Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
❖ Negotiate provision of Technical Support Services with customers.
❖ Analyse the market’s potential, track sales and provide status sales reports.
❖ To keep abreast with constantly changing Internet based technologies.
❖ Ability to manage social media platforms.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

❖ Diploma or Degree in Telecommunications, ICT and/ or equivalent.
❖ Sales and/or Marketing qualification and/or studies towards one, is a further advantage
❖ Certifications on Grandstream UCS, 3CX, Microsoft Teams Phone or AWS, is an added benefit.
❖ Strong knowledge of PABXs, CCTV and Access Control systems, is required.
❖ Deep understanding of Internet Technologies is a must.
❖ Two years B2B Sales and Marketing experience, in the ICT sector.
❖ Clean Class 4 driver’s license is a must.
