Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, confident, and technically capable IT Technical Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical training to partners and customers, explaining IT solutions effectively, and supporting the understanding and implementation of networking, operating systems, and cybersecurity technologies.
The ideal candidate should have a relevant IT qualification, strong technical fundamentals, excellent presentation skills, and a willingness to obtain vendor certifications from Sophos, ESET, and Huawei within specified timeframes.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Deliver technical training sessions, demonstrations, and presentations to partners and customers.
• Explain networking, operating systems, and information security concepts in a clear and practical manner.
• Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and technical demonstrations.
• Support partners and customers in understanding IT products, solutions, and their applications.
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and product developments.
• Obtain and maintain relevant vendor certifications, including Sophos, ESET, and Huawei, within agreed deadlines.
• Assist with technical product demonstrations and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure effective technical support and customer satisfaction.• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Qualifications and Experience
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.n: degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related field
• Existing industry certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Cisco CCNA, or relevant vendor certifications.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions and networking technologies.
• Previous experience in IT training, technical support, product demonstrations, or customer-facing technical roles.
