Job Description
Applicants are invited to fill in the following vacant positions that have arisen in our Life Assurance Division:
Reporting to the Technical Sales Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Establishing synergies through stakeholder relationship management in the agribusiness value chain
2. Team Administration
3. Assist in recruiting. training, and motivating sales agents
4. Performance management
5. Compiling and analysing team sales figures
6. Advise on market information such as changing customer needs. queries. etc
7. Quality control of new business
Qualifications and Experience
Key qualifications, experience a competencies
• A qualification in Agriculture
• Minimum of 1-year experience in agribusiness working in the private sector or government sector
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with farmers
• In-depth knowledge of agriculture
• Good record of achieving targets
• Strong selling and managerial skills
• Be able to demonstrate self-confidence, maturity, and ability to work independently and deliver results without close supervision
• Should be aggressive. effective communicator, team player, sociable, versatile, resourceful, hardworking. and a self-starter
• Good presentation & interpersonal skills
