Job Description
Multi-Pay Solutions (Private) Limited is an organization providing financial services management consulting, project management and outsource services. We are seeking a suitably qualified individual to fill the following position.
Job Summary
Monitoring and alerting across applications and infrastructure which include CPU, Disk Usage, DNS and Latency
Monitoring user permissions and administration for all applications and services
Managing passwords and SSO policies and practices across the company and perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Duties and Responsibilities
Monitoring and alerting across applications and infrastructure which include CPU, Disk Usage, DNS and Latency.
Monitoring user permissions and administration for all applications and services.
Managing passwords and SSO policies and practices across the company.
Supporting Cloud hosted servers and performing global configuration duties in the Cloud system (Atlassian JIRA Software).
Installation of various big data applications.
Assist with ensuring company systems are ISO27k and PCI DSS ready.
Assist with development of change control processes to be followed for all changes.
Monitor company systems and architecture to identify and resolve performance issues as quickly as possible.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in IT and/or Business Management. Any relevant IT related program, for example, business information systems, computer science, information technology or information management systems.
Technical expertise and knowledge of hardware and software.
Analytical skills.
A methodical, investigative mind and attention to detail.
Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical details.
