Job Description
We are seeking a Systems Administrator to manage the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of our IT systems. This role ensures the seamless operation and security of our servers, networks, and applications. The ideal candidate should be adept at troubleshooting issues and performing regular system maintenance to enhance performance. (Male Candidates Only)
Duties and Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain servers, network devices, and IT infrastructure.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels per company policies.
Implement system upgrades, patches, and hardware maintenance.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Provide technical support to staff on desktop, server, and network matters.
Develop and maintain data backup and disaster recovery plans.
Implement security measures and monitor for vulnerabilities.
Maintain documentation of system configurations and network topology.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in system administration or related roles.
Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, and security.
Experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, etc.) are advantageous.
