We seek a suitably qualified and experienced Swimming Manager who will be responsible for the development, management and results of all Swimming at Lomagundi college
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate should possess the following
Team Leadership skills-Be an ambassador and swimming subject matter expert
Ability to demonstrate mature judgement, reliability, availability and ethical behavior including positive and constructive feedback
Long and short term planning skills for training and competition for all competitive levels
Ability to plan for the development of the sport and training of coaches
Management skills required to observe and constructively evaluate athlete performance at practices and meets to enhance technique and motivate
Communication skills and ability to motivate students considering varied social, emotional and physical attributes
Qualifications and Experience
Significant knowledge and applied experience in a leadership role with demonstrable success in swimming
Level 1 coaching certificate as a minimum
Experience working in an ATS/CHISZ school is preferred
