How to Apply
Instructions to Bidders
a) Eligibility Criteria
Bidders must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- The bidder must be registered and licensed to operate in the country where the tender is advertised.
- The bidder must have at least 3 years of experience in supplying and delivering vehicles of similar nature.
- The bidder must provide a valid tax clearance certificate.
b) Cost of Tendering
Bidders shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of their tenders. A non-refundable Tender fee of US$100.00 to be deposited into the following account:

Upon receipt of the tender fee, the supplier shall get a tender form for the supply and delivery of the vehicle.
N.b Note that the Tender data sheet will be in the Tender Form to be obtained at MUSASA Offices at 64 Selous Avenue, Harare.
c) Clarification of Tender Document
Bidders may request clarification of the tender documents by email to the address provided in the tender document.
d) Language of Tender
The tender, including all correspondence and documents relating to the tender, shall be written in English.
e) Deadline for Submission of Tenders
Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Tender for Supply and Delivery of a Pre-Owned Toyota Hilux Double Cab 2014 and above Model Musasa " and delivered to the address provided in the tender document no later than 13 June 2023, 9am..Late tenders will not be accepted.
